• We began by drinkin in pj's basement workshop

• pj made damn fine split pea soup- Schwarz ate the ham hock

• immediately we got off subject and began talking about wearing colors to the Mastodon show on Sunday at off ramp

• clubhouse... BigBuilding? Nickerson? we are getting closer. pros and cons of each were discussed, if you want to know what we came up with then ask someone, cause I ain't typin all that shit!

• restructuring the organization, giving all an equal voice. for a variety of reasons, all in attendance feel as though change is good. We will propose looking at changing the Robert's Rules (the most commonly used rules of order for non-profits and such) to meet DBB's dis/organizational needs and style. In doing this, all members will vote on a board (pres., VP, treas, etc) and that board will run things, always creating a situation where the club as awhole, one man/woman, one vote to make our decisions. What decisions? you may ask. Good point. Gettin this board together is the first one. And we will be prepared when more come up.
